Product Features

It has been treated with a silver ion-based chemical, an effective antimicrobial agent proven by tests carried out in many laboratories at European standards. It directly helps to reduce pathogenic transmission from the surface of our medical curtains to the patient or staff.

Independently tested against internationally accepted Antimicrobial Textile standards – AATCC 100 and AATCC 147. Curtains have been proven effective against multiple organisms including MRSA, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Aspergillus niger, Trycophyton mentagrophytes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Corney.

An antimicrobial chemical is added at the mixing stage of polypropylene (PP). Therefore, the fabric is Antibacterial by nature, not just the surface of the curtain.
